The University single sign on page was recently upgraded.
Users may experience errors when trying to sign into the portal (my.cuw.edu, my.cuaa.edu), Blackboard, and other systems that use the single sign in page because of a browser cache issue.
If you see one of the pages below when trying to access https://my.cuw.edu, https://my.cuaa.edu, https://concordia.blackboard.com or other web resource then you will need to clear your browser’s cache.

Until further notice please use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your default browser when going to Blackboard. There is an issue with Safari not allowing the submission of documents into Blackboard. We will update this announcement as Blackboard looks to correct this issue. If it is outside of our normal hours PLEASE still email us at email@example.com or call us at (888) 377-7447. This will create a ticket for you. We do monitor tickets during off hours in case of emergencies. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
